Who we are

Cricket Stickers UK is a design studio based in Somerset, run by Rod Love. We design cricket bat stickers, branding, websites and launch graphics for independent cricket brands. This policy covers the website cricketstickers.co.uk and the forms on it.

What information we collect

Only what you choose to share with us:

• Start a Project form — your name, email address, company (if given), the services you’d like to discuss and any message or timeframe you add.
• Proposal page — the client name, brand, colourway, print and service choices you make, along with any notes you add.
• Design brief — your contact details (including mobile number and address if provided), your answers to our requirements questions, and any files you upload (such as logos or reference artwork).

How we use your information

We use what you send purely to respond to you, prepare quotes and proposals, and carry out the design work you’ve asked for. We reply by email, and replies come straight from us so you can reply directly to the same thread. We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing, and we won’t add you to any mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t currently run analytics tools. The only storage used is what’s needed to make the forms work and keep the site secure. If that ever changes, we’ll update this page before it does.

Where your information is stored

Form responses, proposals, design briefs and uploaded files are stored securely in our website’s private database, accessible only to us. Our website platform and email provider process this data on our behalf so the site and notifications work — they never use it for their own purposes. Uploaded files are kept in secure cloud storage and are used only for your project. We treat everything you share as commercially sensitive to your brand.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, proposals and briefs for as long as it takes to quote, deliver your project and deal with any follow-up — typically for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details and files at any time, and we’ll remove them promptly.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how it’s used. Just email us and we’ll sort it out — you don’t need to quote any legal wording.
